This way Comp keeps track on a spreadsheet and we just keep track and if you fall below $20 comp ask that you send him an etranfer to bring you back to neutral and good standing.. And if he really dislikes you hell ask for it even if you are a -$1 (I'm getting paid tonight COMP, geese!)
