Couple quick things..
1. I haven't said anything about MG since this most recent bit came to life. If you look back, the majority of the things I "bullied" him on is the fact that he shouldn't be on here, as he was banned and also since it wasn't healthy for him and the other topic would be the fact that he had shady history regarding money borrowing with forumers here. Now I heard it had since been settled with this particular forumer, yet here we are in this thread.
2. You seem to keep thinking that the things being said are for the group mentality / pack approval. Believe me, Kristy has pissed off more people here than you. Perhaps it isn't a motivation of acceptance from the group so much as a dislike of a completely unpleasant person (hint, it's you). Less Marshall McLuhan, more Dolores Umbridge.
mike scammed myself and another individual here in Newfoundland. He built the narrative of being a high stakes PLO player pretty well. Its obviously my own fault for not doing my due diligence but I found nothing about him online when I did a search. Luckily it was for a small amount, all I was really comfortable with anyways.
He appeared on JI's podcast (i didn't really listen to the episodes but never thought he'd have a scammer on), knew alot of HSPLO regs, made a video of him playing 25/50, even had a player focus written about him on donkbluff, a PLO site.
Funny thing is, I got to know him and thought he was a decent guy. We went out a few times, I introduced him to people here, etc. He didnt know many people around here so I wanted to get him out to meet people. My gf was spot on and said he was sketchy from the 1st minute she met him.
I feel bad for him. Seems like his only reputation/persona was all he cared about. He acted/talked about being rich a little too much and seemed like he was trying to impress. Now he works at a hardware store with no education, and is in a mountain of debt. I really want the guy to get some help.

I bought a small piece of a BAP off him when he was Costanza. I didn't know at the time it was the same guy as "Fed."
He ended up not playing the games so I bugged him for two weeks to send my money back. He gave me a bunch of excuses, started getting pissed off that I was even PMing him about it. Finally he asked Riebs to ship it to me and he did. Since I got my cash back I didn't go public.
In order to get staked though don't you usually have to have at least some sort of history and from what I see there hasn't been much just alot of talk.
Obviously he never found any success in "high stakes" but did he even ever play in them? At least sit down and then lose everything? But when he was here did he act "baller" and stuff I seem to remember under Costanza he didn't really act like it.. he talked alot about his friends being big players but not himself.
Then again the only time I EVER saw him play at all was under Smokerock where he won a $5 tournament or something
