Hello Happy. Was wondering when you would say something about the bounty.
The original plan for the bounty was not only to add a bit more fun to the game, but also entice a player or two to play the cash game afterwards. Its not much, true, but for a $60 +$20 bounty, just seems a bit high for some to get involved.
So, what I"m prepared to do this game, is offer a bounty on myself for $20. Anyone knocks me out will get $20 instead of the $5 bounty chip. With Adams' gracious offer of another $20, that could put some aggression back on the table.
Could always have an additional 15 bounty chip.....
This can be done as well. Two bounty offerings, both optional of course. Those who purchase both could walk away with quite a bit, those who only chose the $5 can still play too. I'll think about it.
So Adam, now that you've talked the talked, you coming to play or not?

I've tweaked the blinds and antes a little bit. The old antes were much too aggressive in the later stages, so I balanced them out for colour up.
The tournament now has a calculated Patience Factor of 11.73 and a Skill Level of 6. This is an improvement to the old PF of almost 14 while keeping the same
SL of 6.
This tournament is designed to provide a FULL day of poker for those who make final table, and still be able to leave in decent time for other commitments. I estimate that the tournament will go to around 7 or 8pm, not including whenever I stop the cash game.

Yea, I know. But its marginal. Still pretty high I think. But this structure suits the antes better and still gives lots of play. The original structure was pretty slow in the later rounds and stretched the game a bit too long I think. If everyone liked the old way better, I can turn it back.

I think 6hr tournies are perfect, this is fun, not for a bracelet.

Hi Ginette. At this moment we are full up for Saturday, however, saying that, I have noticed there are still a few (T) listed players that have not confirmed. Also, there are always NO SHOWS as well on game day.
I suspect that if you were to show up with your friends, there would be a seat for you 85% of the time. I can put you down on the Waiting List and if someone backs out or doesn't show, you are in the back.
