Fame has come to the professional poker player via the introduction of televised tournaments. Bristol Street joins the ranks of these tournaments with our first ever, "Legends of Bristol Street" tournament. Up to 128 players will compete for a coveted spot at a televised 6 Player final table.

Sun, Feb 26th : SIGN-UP FOR MAIN EVENT ENDS. Day 1 assignments are made.
Mon, Feb 27th : 7pm - MAIN EVENT Day 1A

Wed, Mar 1st : 7pm - MAIN EVENT Day 1C
Thurs, Mar 9th : 7pm - MAIN EVENT Day 1D
Sat, Mar 11th : 2pm - MAIN EVENT Day 2
Wed, Mar 15th : 7pm - Limit Stud Event
Thurs, Mar 16th : 7pm - Pot Limit Omaha Event
Sat, Mar 18th : 1pm - MAIN EVENT Day 3 (Final TV Table)

MAIN EVENT : $30 - $10,000 chips - freeze-out (128 players max.)

The main event is a No-Limit Hold'em deepstack tournament. Play is broken up into 4 Day 1's, followed by a semi-final Day 2 and a recorded, 6-person final table on Day 3. Play will be taped throughout the tournament. Payouts will be to the Top 10% of the field.

Day 1A-D

Players are evenly divided amoung the 4 opening days and are given $10,000 in chips. Each day we will play down to 8 players who will move on to Day 2. Blinds levels will be 20-30 minutes in length (depending on turnout) with an expectation of ~5-6 hours of play to get down to the Final 8.

The final table for each Day 1 will be formed at 9 players, then we'll continue play until one player is busted. Hand for hand will happen at 10 players to get down to that final table.

Day 2

Players will carry over their chips stacks from Day 1, but the Big Blind will reset to 1/50th of an average stack and raise every half-hour. We'll play down to the Final 6 players. The final table will form at 9 players and we'll go hand for hand at the money and at the formation of the final table.

We'll perform some player interviews that evening, and also host a side tournament in the evening if there's interest.

Day 3

The 6 players will gather at 1pm for instructions and player interviews. The basement will be adjusted to allow for a spectator area. Blinds will reset to 1/50th of an average stack and raise every 55 minutes, with a 5 minute break at the end of each level to change tapes. Blinds will cap at 1/30th of all the chips in play.

Camera's will be used to capture footage/interviews from each day, but we'll only be capturing hole cards on the final day. (More than likely using a pen/paper method)

Footage will be used to create a DVD of the event.

SIDE EVENTS - $30 buy-in $5000 chips. Max 32 players with alternates.

The side events will be single tournaments. While we won't capture hole cards, we'll be taping the final three player's all-in and interview the winner as side notes to the main tournament footage. Side events should take about 5-6 hours.

Footage from these events will be used to suppliment the DVD.

SIGNING UP

To reserve a spot, please indicated which event(s) you wish to take part in. If you choose to play the Main Event, then also indicate which of the 4 pre-lim days that you're available for. (eg. A,C,D)

On the 26th at 2pm EST, signup ends and the players will be randomly assigned starting days such that the number of players are spread out as evenly as possible over the four days.

    Feb 28 - With 72 potential players, we'll be paying out the Top 9 players (Final Table) according to the split above.

    Feb 28 - Day 1A is complete and "Zithal" Rob L is the chip leader after the first of four Day 1's is complete.

    Rob, all I can say is wow! The way you organize these things you should be considering a career in the event planning field.... WSOP, (the other one) has nothing on you... I think perhaps they will be coming looking for your skills (sorry not your poker) to run their events soon.
