Ok the basic premise is that you are playing in a schedule your own heads up league. You can play any format you like on any site. 4. Play your game. gl!
5. Post the result here and I will update the tournament bracket.
6. As soon as your next opponent is set, contact him and repeat. Keep the tournament moving please!

FYI - if you wish to be able to create your own private tourneys on Stars, simply email support@pokerstars.com and request it. You need to have earned 2000 FFP's to be allowed to do this.

ok, I guess you don't like the live idea then (see other thread)? are you able to set-up the tournament on stars? probably one night (after 10) next week will work for me. Need to get my stars account set-up again.
  • Jules, when do you want to do battle? Thursdays are out, and I'm away Saturday night, but good most any other time after 6pm.

Wait, is it me and Jules, or me an Moose? Abit hard to read.

    Is you and Jules...
  • Does Mrs. Moose have any leaks?

What are we setting as the standard for blind structures? Is there a standard for PS Tourneys or do you just set your own?

Edit: I am good in the evenings after the kids are in bed. I do work Monday and Tuesday nights so Wed, Thur, are ideal but can do a weekend if need be

  • moose d acidjoe in a tough 32min battle that went back and forth so much it was actually tied 4 different times.

I wasn't looking forward to this match because Joe can be so unpredictable and hard to read.

Just for mark the key hand that swung it in my favour was 78 vs 73 board 681035. It was just a $200 pot but it gave me the chip lead that I never gave back.
  • compuease d wolffhound in a tough 9 hand battle that went back and forth. Well actually I bluffed off 300 or so chips on the 1st hand when I had bottom "pair", then got the lead back a couple of hands later, I forget how. Then on hand #7 had KQ on flop of Q x x, 2 clubs after small raise. Bet 2/3 pot, Wolff calls, 2 hearts, 2 clubs after turn. I put him in for about 700 or so, he finally folds after deliberation. Says he was on draw, wondered if I was as well. Hand 9, Wolff raises on the button, I call with A,J. flop J,J, rag, Wolf had pocket 10's, I check, he bets, I call, Turn, another rag, I check raise him all-in this time, he finally calls...

Good game Dave, I know you are drugged up with Neo Citran.... Without the beer you are a mere shell... lol... I never would have had a chance with you in normal condition..

    WOW...9 hands..that's sick..

My match with Jah was over in 2

I win, both the tournament and the bitch-of-the-decade award.
  • Pokerstars is rigged; flop the straight only to lose to a better straight on the turn. Nice call on the turn by the way. I'm not folding this hand in any case.

Well at least we set the record for shortest match (2 hands), lol. I actually thought I hit the straight on the first hand, serve me right:

    LOL.

PS Jah - You got 4% of your stack in while ahead and then you stacked off with the ass end of the straight on a paired board. This is not a case of rigged.

When Kristy re-raised you on the river you need to think, "What type of hand is going to re-raise me here? An overpair? A better straight? A full House??"

Instead you thought, "ZOMG!!!11!!! I has a straight. I shuvezzzz"

and your going to fold a straight, please. Don't you think she might have raised pre-flop with a pair (thereby getting her boat by the river)? I did, and my call was fully justified. She got lucky, such is poker. Deal with it.
  • too right Jah, now about that re-match? :P

(you just call the first bet... OR call my re-raise at the worst, is what Caddy's saying)
  • She didn't really need a pair preflop to hit the boat on the river. That 4bet jam was what was unneccsary. You min raised her when you hit the straight. When she minraised you, what did u think she had?
  • actyper wrote: »

    not 62.

Good luck everyone with the rest of your matches.
