Thanks for the link. I used to think the Apple lemmings just like spending their discretionary income on expensive TOYS, but resistance is futile and I now have an iPad Air along with two iPods. I originally bought a Dell laptop so I can take it on trips, but my last two trips to Las Vegas and Montreal, I only took my iPad instead of my laptop. Now that IBM's Watson is dating Apple's Siri, IBM has become the cool guy :cool2: while Apple gets the enterprise bling. Big Blue's army of 100,000 consultants will push Apple wares and 100+ enterprise apps in the field.
I'm a patriotic Canadian, but unfortunately,
GG Blackberry.
I sold my $7 Jun calls last week for a 150% return. Shameless brag
I don't like BB right now at these current levels. More inclined to buy Apple calls and wait for it to break the $100/share level which will happen eventually. Likely when they report their earnings next week.
Just a guess but... perhaps BBRY will see a rise to around $10.50 in the next few days then consolodate to form a cup and handle. The volume spike on the rise is typical for a cup and handle. So maybe it'll drop back to $9.00-9.50 then jump again to $13ish. Maybe even on the intra day it'll try to fill the gap down to $8.50... but that gap fill isn't really a must just a tendancy and that's a bit far down to go for a typical handle.
Just guessing in advance so I can maybe brag later, I just dable in this stuff.
Well it closed the gap down close to $8.50 yesterday. Now it's time to see if that allows it to rise from here (above $11.50 to complete the cup and handle) now that is is free of that force or if we just had a breif run up that is officially over (head and shoulders pattern back down below $8).

What do you think? Another buying opportunity? This ride has been great for jumping on and off the band wagon!
Yeah, not like Iphone fanzombies that 'dress' their phone up in different covers for each day of the week and on special occasions take it out 'naked' omg omg omg!

im android all day, and even tho my phone is shiat, the platform is the nuts
the only thing worse than blackberry itself as a company, is the fanboys and idiots that support it :frown:
I worked for them on contract. I don't hate them but they are DOA. They have 12 months before Fairfax tires of feeding them cash to keep them afloat.
John Chen is paying back all his cronies with a huge amount of Fairfax's cash and then they will laugh all the way to the bank just like Heins.
Software company? Because the massive <not> pile of apps they wrote are so successfull? Because I am sure they can convince either Android or Apple to switch to BB10?
Comp.
And I'm am not wrong. Chen may have cut expenses but they have done nothing to reverse the slide in revenues.

Rob I am not disputing the merits +/- of whether BB will or will not survive, that's just a difference of opinion between us, it's just me wondering why you seem to be so all over them, companies come and go, survive, thrive or fold but you don't seem to have much of an opinion about others...
Look, you are a friend, and I respect you (and equally mmoose ). I'm going to try and not comment any more on this as I sense there is more. I was pissed at IBM as well when I left (even though monetarily I was better off) but after a while I realized it was only myself I was hurting.... IBM had to reinvent itself in the 90's as it was in danger as well. Some survive and some don't, BB is still on the fence, however I'm betting (but not my life) on them moving forward. Todays multinational companies have no loyalty to their workforce and we have to accept it and move forward.

When precisely does the daddy take the T-bird away?
Mark
This presupposes that Daddy would let him have the T-bird in the first place.
Let me google that for you
Sorry, just couldn't resist... G'Night all.
Good one... :-\
Wasn't that gang in the movie grease called the t birds ? Thats why I was confused :confused2:
It's like a double entendre
He recited a line from a beach boys song
"And we'll have fun fun fun till daddy takes the t bird away" or some shit like that
So Mark is insinuating I'm the t bird and u guys are having fun with me and comp (dad) is gonna take me away (ban)
I'm not a complete idiot boys!
Unless I'm wrong with this reference? Then I might be a declerate :arghh:
You're close..
But "Daddy" et al made their calls. I look forward to more WWE related gifs.
Mark
I literally put them in mostly for u, and a little for philli
Do u still watch?

What DID they do to you?
Waiting for fed to chirp in.......
You didn't answer my question other than parrot what you have said numerous times before, and of course fed just follows along.
I've posted 20x what's wrong with bb and why they are the stone low
