  • I am planning to be there...have to work on my $100/hr winrate for GTA.
  • So tempting.....
  • sam says 'no'
    garry says 'no'
    bf says 'yes'
    i say 'maybe'
  • New member AlwaysLearning416 posted that he will be there. He may become the forum's most consistent regular there. Along with Flopped_Nuts, they may be the next generation of members who will actually go out & play poker, while the rest of us will move in to the "GTA Poker" retirement home.

I'm borrowing a roll of quarters from pkrfce9 so I'm ready for Woodstock! I need my "beauty sleep" for the Sunday morning Deep Stack, so I'll try to be there early < 6 PM and not stay as late as last time.
  • Sorry. I get a lot of these electronic poker places mixed up. What games usually run there? No tournaments, right?
  • Woodbine has maximum 5/5 (pokerJAH?), 2/5 (me), 1/2 NL & PLO cash games.
Will have 1-table SNGs at some point, but no MTTs. :arghh:

You realize that you have to include your losing sessions in your rate, yes?

    too easy

    your wife that is
  • LOL hopefully I will become some sort of reg there. I've had a rough few sessions there, but the money seems soft enough that I'd love to take advantage of it a little more often.

I'm out on this Saturday's get together as my mom's in town from Florida, but I'll be there Sunday and possibly Friday night or Monday as well.

If there is a part three planned for some point this summer, let me know though, I'll try to get there for that one.

My pokers will be slowing down shortly once my wifey gives birth to flopped_nuts junior.

This summer is my goodbye to pokers and sleep for a while tour...

Congrats! C U @ Rama newly renovated pub before you retire, as I continue my "Forumer's Night Out At Newly Renovated Casino Restaurants" tour. :D
I may become the sole representative of the forum at the sold-out Rama & Brantford tourneys.

Sorry. Don't want to highjack the thread but what are the games like during the weekday. I was thinking of heading there tomorrow afternoon-ish and playing until around 7 or so (if I don't end up still going to Seneca). I've never played on an electronic table. Curious as to what it's like.

Thanks. Ha...that Newly Renovated Casino Restaurants Tour will be short lived. The OLG are slow to change and hire even slower contractors to remodel/revamp their sites.

I will be at one of the Rama tournaments in August, dependent on vacation plans, and have enough to comp dinner or lunch for you are interested. After that I will make rare appearances at the Sunday Brantford tournies whenever life will permit.

There's always a game going - well I have never been there in the early morning hours but anytime I've been there during the weekday in the afternoon there's at least a couple of 1/2 and a 2/5 game going.
  • Even the early weekday mornings have had >= 4 tables, more than Fallsview.
  • Alright, so final tally, who will be there tomorrow?

Turns out I will be there tomorrow instead of Sunday, grinding for the morning and until about 7-8 PM.

Would love to meet fellow forumers.
  • So besides AlwaysLearning416, around what times are compuease, pokerJAH & anybody else planning to play today? After a late night session at Fallsview, I'll try to go to Woodstock in the afternoon after I wake up & get ready, & play up to 8 PM.

  • See everyone there. Hope I can replicate last night's session. I'll be playing 1-2 NL. Just look for the talkative guy with long hair lol.
  • I will probably be there around 7pm, just in time to take over Buddy' s lucky seat!
  • I'll be there in 45 minutes
