    Hello John,
    *
We will make an exception for you and withhold the 30% required.* *Here is what is needed:
    *
Send an email to cashout@fleetstreetgames.com from your authorized email account (we will not process otherwise) and include your user name and PayPal email address.* For all non-US residents this is our only payment option.* We will then process your transaction less the required withholding.
    *
Do NOT try to use the cashout button as you will receive a message stating that we have not received your documents.*
    *
Let me* know if you have any questions.
    *
    Best,
    *

I play on other "no risk" sites and have not had a problem cashing out without the W8-ben.* I cannot provide this document until the IRS provides me with a ITIN.* Do you not withhold 30% until you receive the document? I do not understand why your site would have to follow different laws.* If I have to wait, will my funds be secure or is there an expiry.* I am confused as to why the regular sweepstakes policies do not apply.

    Hello John,
    *
We cannot verify the account without the completed W-8BEN form.* Once we receive that we will then notify you that your account is approved for membership purchase or cashout.

    Hello Jon,
    *
We have received your driver’s license and now only require the W8-BEN form to be filled out and sent in.* Once we receive that you’ll be all set.

    *
Instructions for this form are here:
    www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw8ben.pdf
    *
This form provides us with the information we need to file with the IRS if you accumulate a total of $600 or more during the calendar year.

Yeah we all got some off, but I had most of mine pending then shipped a WSOP seat which added more money pending and never got that either :) It just sat in there the last week :). They def owe me and many others $$$. I know a lot of Cads that had over 20k+ still on there. Some Cads got a vast majority of their larger amounts off, but Im sure they still had some good $ on there.

    OMG, your right!

Clearly like the Chinese (referring to Nexxen deal not racism), Stars is slowly buying up every idea of value right under our noses.

    Well played Stars, well played...
  • Cliffs? Won't open on me phone...

I blame the media for promisses, with no official PR, it's usually fluff/bait

Breaking News: The ups and downs and glitches in negotiations between PokerStars and the United States Department of Justice with respect to Full Tilt Poker have come to an end.
Without giving away the identity of a consistently impeccable resource, it is now safe to say announcements for public dissemination are in the works. At this point I am ready to go out on a limb; FTP customers will see their monies well in time for Christmas shopping.

not sure what this really means...

Micros just posted a link to a new article, quoting first article, since it seems to have been pulled.

Very vaugue, non commiting and open-eneded, appears to be bait.

If you get your money anyday will be good. I just look back on the timeline that Scooops had me put together last year and every few months, something non-commiting and unvalidated would come out. 1+ years later, I'm chalking everything up to bullshit until a PokerStars PR finds it's way to my inbox.

Pokernews.com will have likely posted 3 hours before that ever happens too....

I see they aren't touching this latest one with a ten foot pole as of yet either.
