  • What's your biggest regret in life?
    Any regrets as a parent?

Probably not going into business for myself earlier.. Got too comfortable in the corporate life for too long.

Nope, not really, I have 3 sons and all turned out pretty well, no jail or drug time so I guess I got lucky.. Although it's amazing the things you find out 15-20 years after the fact.
  • I think Dave had a good idea with the font size.

So, Jeff, you are allowed to choose 1 movie/mini-series, 1 book, and one record (I'll use a familiar term) to enjoy while marooned on a desert island. And no, you are NOT allowed to wuss out like JohnnieH and choose "raft-building, the complete instructional guide" for all three . . .

Dave just did that so he could proofread his own post.

Movie series, I'll go way back... to 1977. Roots, that's one I found I couldn't get enough of.. Nothing as good since then.

Book, I'll go with anything by Tom Clancy.. I find I hardly ever read books now though... a shame.

Record? do you mean 45's? Probably Angel of the morning....circa 1968...
  • What one thing would you like to improve in your game?

Recount the best bluff you ever ran.

Is your wife older or younger?

Not including poker, if you could do anything you wanted right now for leisure time, what would it be?
  • Daily routine: one thing you dislike the most but keep doing it because it's good for you (aka your wife says it's good for you and you're smart enough not to ask stupid questions)?

    Favourite nickname you've ever had?

Nickname you wish people would call you?

    Favourite place to eat out?

Run good? Seriously though, learn to play cash better. I play way too tight...

Bluff? I never bluff..... Well there was one time but it was a misread... Flop was 77x. I checkraised on the flop, bet on the turn, bigger on the river. Villain folded, he asked what I had and I told him 7,8., but turned over 8,9.. That kinda hurt my image.... :) I thought of DrTyore at the time...

    Younger by 4 years..

Probably play sports, hockey, baseball, tennis.. Just can't do it anymore, knees have too many miles on them.

Please feel free to use whatever definition of "important" you like, but also explain your reasoning.

Very tough questions since "important" is totally ambiguous in context of athletes... I would say Bobby Orr since he totally revamped how defence is played in the modern era.

Who is scoops and why would he pay me?

Missed this one. Definitely would be in a business that I created myself. Not exactly sure what but enough years of working for the man taught me that.
