ya know, taking this to heart actually, left for a nap after about 6+ hours sitting, up only $225 after losing a $1600 pot doing it right getting in on flop 600 a piece he had jj on my kk and river jack bah!!.......going after blue man group probably show around midnight I think, going in for it all probably till like 5 at least gl where you are guys

I left up $85 for 2hrs. Got a bit spewey and pushed off a pot on an ugly board (4 to a straight) and I only had TP/TK.
Took 1/2 to walk back to the car dodging the drunks and 1hr to get out of town.

Left just before 2, up $125. I had been up about $250. earlier. Like you it took me at least an hour to get back to the QEW. I found that although it was a fun night, the drunks were no where near as wild as a few years ago.

The drunk next to me was entertaining though. He kept yammering about how the US govt is building underground cities. One right under Boston.
new years night FTW....sat for a good 3 hours before someone sat beside me that didnt have a clue where he was even, sent to the ATM 3 times baby!!!, I got 2 of them!

its all good, 8 to 1 is rough, we each got $165 in preflop I had KK he had JJ, 873 rainbow, I bet $225 (I was busy trying to get it all)he committed the $600 in front of him, he has 2 outs twice which is what 8% plus the 1.5 rought guess....9.5% Is what I think, I might be wrong I'm 8 to 1 here!!!
I handled it quite well actually more shocking the guy that beat me, offering me a drink...meanwhile I dont drink LOL!....thats poker, next time it will hold!
He admitted I played it well he read bad thought I had AK suited.
Im ripping down to fallsview tomorrow morning with the gf for a night of romance (she had to work vday, so we will be celebrating that.. hubba hubba lolz) but Ill be putting in some time at the tables.. probs just 1/2

Was thinking Brantford for the deepstack today, but we cleared the pond off yesterday and it's ready for some shinny.
Not nearly degen enough to pass that up for poker.
Did a lot better than my cards usually hold at Brantford.
