  • Hmmm, maybe wiped out as part of the US antigambling bills? Josh, where are you? We need a new fix of controversy.........
  • Where's Haddon?

Apparently in Waterloo as of last night, according to recent posts. Figured I'd bump this ultra entertaining thread to the front page.

See you at a game soon Josh.

    Sean
  • Sean, very receptive ;)!!!|

    I'm back motherfuckas!!!! :D

This new forum format sucks by the way haha...so messed up.
I'm ready to suck out Waterloo...whooooooo!!!!

I'm only here til Jan tho, so get your chips in early.
  • Welcome back.

It will be a great honour (CDN Spelling :D) to meet the great Josh Haddon that I have heard so much about.
  • Haha, I can't wait to see the disappointment on your face!! :D

  • Haddan and I will be at Pockets tomorrow night if anyone is interested.

    Prophet :2h :2s
  • BrAnt and I will be at pockets tomorrow night if anyone is interested haha.

Ron...more like..*shit there is no vomitting smiley*
  • Good to have you home.

I would still like to know why you gave Jeff and I the run around while we were in Vegas for the WSOP month. I would have bought you dinner, 100%.
Why did you not meet up with SirWatts when he was there for his WSOP trip?

If you want to be respected here or anywhere, please don't commit yourself to something and not follow through.

In all fairness, based on every experience I have had with Haddon, not showing up for the tournament (in question, here in this thread) is absolutely bang on what I would expect from him. Based on what stpboy says, I am not alone in my thoughts.

That is very, very fair Haddon, I know you don't disagree.

Waiting to commit to something until you are certain you will follow through, would be a good change to the way you operate.

    There's your first mistake.
  • Ragging on Haddon is so July 2006. We make fun of cool_teen now.
  • Josh,

Just want to thank you for dinner and poker tonight. I got sucked out real out in the tournament, oh well.

Your play in the cash game was amazing, I hope you and Blazin72 took that chinese guy and his friend, talk about collusion at a table. You should have moved to the other table that was crazy action. I will talk to Shopsy about the falls.

Talk to you later in the week.

Good luck to you and Cam at the Unit tomorrow night.

CanadaKev says: You're still a loser, I love Shannon because he is respectful and would never COMMIT to anything and then not follow through. He is a totally LOYAL guy! :D
Haddon says: I hate not being respected by a guy I don't know.*slits wrists*
    (Haddon appears to be offline)

Much love Brent! Fun night out, Pockets is a great club. I broke both games and came home with $12000.00...just kidding.
  • cam call me brent
  • I wish I won the $ 600 pot I was invoved in. Raised to 12 before me 3 callers I made it 46 I think with AQ he calls other 3 fold board comes A 5 8 2 clubs he bets out 20 I raise 60 he calls Jack comes on the turn I put him on flush draw or A T I make it 80 he goes all-in for 242 I go into the tank for like 10 min river was a blank he had J5 off totally a bad read on my part it was a sour ride home after dropping Josh off beating my self up over it. I even said out loud you have A J A T maybe a club draw very dissappointed in myself. The Hand before I caught him on a bluff and took him for a bit put him on the draw fired 3 shots at the pot he looked very embaresed. It sucked made good reads all night but it only takes ONE BAD READ.

Isn't that one line the truth. I think we've all been there where are profit for the night goes due to one bad call/read etc.

    BTW welcome back Josh.
  • You never answered the question about why you gave them the run around during the WSOP? Just wondering

    mike
  • What games does Pockets have, e.g., any tournaments? I have heard it mentioned many times when I play cash games, but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Yes it does, that's just a weird pic. He also spoke (aka swore) and acted like Josh. I was pretty surreal I think his name was Adam.

Also one of the dealers at Sahara bore a resemblance to you! Sorry no pic tho :(

Not looking good for him at 28 years old.

  • very sad to hear, so young... Fight the battle...
