they emailed me about the error but i don't want the jumbo index cards and told them to remove them from my order. chips are being shipped today with a refund for the cards. guess i'm taking a trip to toronto and straightpokersupplies to pick up a copag deck in person. maybe a little road trip this weekend.
It looks like Spinetti's is running a Christmas Special on Copag "Gold Line" cards. $13.99 per set up in bridge or poker size. They are honoring this special price on in-store or call-in orders

it was mostly a concern if i ever run a PLO game or any variant where you're holding more than two cards. i find the jumbo index annoying when trying to squeeze four cards.
just in case anyone is interested, i shipped my chips to a kinekpoint on the niagara falls border from nevada with absolutely no problems. i used the cheapest shipping option which saved me around $40 as compared to using USPS and shipping internationally (and hopefully any customs charges as well). i'm planning on going down this saturday to pick it up and do a little shopping and probably dinner. i'd definitely recommend using kinek to others. thanks bfillmaff for the suggestion!
fyi, i work with a former poker dealer from casino niagara/fallsview who has even dealt in WPT events in the past. when i get the games running, she has told me that she is willing to play and be our dedicated dealer for free booze plus tips

ended up getting 100 $0.25 chips, 200 $1 chips, 200 $5 chips, 25 $25 chips and a couple packs of copag cards.
