I'm curious about the potential golf courses we'd be going to. I suck at golf, but I'm interested.
I've only almost killed a guy by accident once on the golf course. He lived though (probably disfigured, but alive nonetheless).

I've also managed to drive over myself with a golf cart while I was driving it. I'm pretty skilled on the golf course as you can see.
Regardless of whatever you think of my commenting style, I wasn't resorting to personal insults. I don't know why you think I deserve that or why you think I would accept it.

How much tolerance do people have for inept golfing? I mean like... I've never played a full round, and suck. I'd be there for the drinks and shenanigans mostly
I was playing in a tournament once, the group ahead of us was from a LCBO tournament. A guy in a cart pinned one of the foursome up against a tree with the cart. Scary and pretty funny after the guy was okay.
I am guilty of flipping a golf cart over and almost killing one of my employees. Alcohol and golf carts are BAD .
I also had one of my Asian friends ask me to just sit in the cart and not golf anymore after the 2nd hole at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas…… because I sucked so bad.
I also played a member guest with the 1 and only @Buzzzardd, on a par 3 I had putt for par of 50 feet, down hill and on an angle. Holty says if you sink this I'll have your baby, guess what happened!!!
Later that day, Holty who is very serious golfer, says Woog , I can't see the hole. We are 4 feet from the pin and we have a chance win the tournament. I guess a drink a hole caught up to us. GOOD DAY!

Throw Mark in there and I think we have a winner. Kind of feel bad for the players behind us though, but we'd have a great time.
But think of those butt cracks ahead of us and who we could pin against trees or run into the ocean.
I'm thinking we forget about clubs and just each get our own carts and play demolition.
Brings back a memory from Disney World campground when my kids were teenagers, renting golf carts, some old guys red caddy... That caused dad some grey hairs. There was also an incident same trip renting 1 person power boats on Lake Buena Vista.
Well we haven't set any dates as yet but I'm thinking early February......

Perhaps after the end of the school year, so late June, early July?? This is because we have a couple of teachers who may be involved. No dates, no agenda's yet looking for ideas. Not even sure how we travel there, etc..
Casino New Brunswick in Moncton has announced that they will reopen their Poker Room next week. Maybe they will be back to hosting tournaments by the summer.
I'm still interested although the wife would be coming as well so I'd most likely be meeting up with you guys at specific destinations instead of road tripping out with you the whole time. I'd have to wait until the 30th or most likely July 1st at the earliest. Is @Bfillmaff still planning on hosting a game at his place?

Just noticed the thread bump and of course if you guys end up out this way you can 100% count on a game invitation. I'll be out of practice too, so EZ money.
*Hate the vaccine topic but since it came up: there are no covid restrictions in NB, play at your own risk. I have been vocal about not wanting to share medical information but if anyone was actually worried about my "status", know that my immunity is at least 27 times better than yours, as per the CDC

I imagine my drive would be about as far right as it would be forward. You would be safe on the middle of the fairway.
