Sorry to say that Guelph will probably never have two teams as there are regions in Ontario (Toronto and the GTA that could field 10 teams on their own) and will get more teams for this next event.

Never really thought of it that way. I see your point. I'll lay off on trying to convince you of this until after the next one (probably).
Each region holds a round of playoffs, and the winning team competes in the final Cup tournament.
Just thinking out loud here.
Although I think that this would be the best way, the problem is that you want people to commit not only one FULL day to the event, but two. How many people backed out of this last one because they had to do something that day? Could you imagine trying to coordinate two days? It would be the fairest, but hardest route, In My Opinion
