I would have a lot more confidence trying to pick off an agressive player's bluff with a K73 rainbow flop, compared to a KJ8 two-suited flop.
Why? If you can only beat a bluff, what's the difference?
Ok, there is SOME difference... the bluffer may be a semi-bluffer and may have outs. But, really, if all your action is going to come from picking off bluffs, you are in some trouble. Are you planning on just check-calling all the way to the river for most of your stack and hoping that the guy was bluffing the whole way?

Yes, there are some types of players I could imagine sometimes playing this hand that way against.

Agreed. That's why I'm not going to play the hand in the manner of picking off a bluff 100% of the time. In fact, I may very well do this more often on a flop where my (suspected) bluffing opponent is less likely to have outs, and less often when the flop presents drawing threats.

The difference is that I like making plays on the flop which are less likely to lead to difficult decisions on the later streets.

Ahaha. Dude comes out of left field about this in the middle of a heated conversation on how to play AK. I love it. 8)
