Just finished reading your hands, it really appears you change your game up a lot depending on position, chip stack, who you are versus, previous hand plays and just overall feel/read. I believe I read that you called a large raise with 66 in a blind but not with 77. You obviously put a tonne of thought into each and everyone of your plays, it sure has paid off. Great result AA!
It's too bad I didn't see this until long after the tournament, because I definitely would have loved to watch the game and cheer you on. Long winded or not, I really appreciate you posting the hands you posted. Seems like I learn a lot more from seeing the hands that DON'T end up getting played through sometimes instead of just seeing the "highlight reel" hands.
Geeez, I thought the railbirds were guys that didn't actually realise that the WSOP wasn't for another few months...Let's stay out of the 'past threads vault' guys.
LOL... the reason this came back to life was because someone asked for advice on how to play the Stars $200 +15. I linked to this thread for the poster's reference, someone followed the link and posted something to this thread.
Sorry for the confusion. To clarify, these hands and this tournament win took place just under a year ago.
I don't think many people knew that these hands were all here though, so hopefully someone will get something out of it, even though it's been a while since I played this one.Â
As for calling a raise with 66 but not with 77, that's pretty funny. All I can say is, there must have been a reason!

you don't even want to know how many million rupees your win is.
so does this officially mean your in for the WSOP main event now? or are you still only playing it if you win a qualifier
stp

I just re-read the hand transcript. Some of those railbirds are real loonies.
