Playnow told me that only BC & Manitoba residents can play. Quebecers will also have lots of online satellites, but Ontario residents are out of luck as PlayOLG.ca is still not operational.
Our best hope is to find enough poker players to run rake-free WSOP/WPT satellites.

This modernization plan won't be complete until like 2017 either according to a spokesperson. Not saying coming online will take that long for Ontario, but its definitely slowed with the reorganization this year.
Hopefully Alberta gets its shit together too. For such a casino heavy province province we ate still old white guy conservative heavy IMO
In case there are any tournament ballers left on this forum that are thinking of playing in both WSOP-C Gatineau and River Rock, read WSOP-C Gatineau, November 13-24, 2013 for the differences.
I've won a bunch WPT/WSOP seats before, so my objective is to just bring my family to Quebec on a weekend. The Gatineau ME strangely starts on a Tuesday so that's out unless I drive to Quebec twice. I just found out that Friday, November 22 is a PA Day - woo-hoo "cheers: - so maybe we'll go that weekend. Maybe I'll start at WPT/Playground Event #2 on Nov. 22, then WSOP Event #8 on Nov. 23.

You can't win if your in Alberta. Must have BC ID.
Are they running online satellites anywhere else?

It was supposed to be Casino Montreal. Read there was/is labour dispute so renos won't be done.

Wish I could find the structure or something.
