    If this is going to regular or semi-regular, I would say to start a new thread each week using the same title with the draw date in it. ie. "PFC group lotto 09-15-12"
    Maybe someone can draft up a generic "rules" list and it can be posted in each new lotto thread. It really doesn't matter who starts it each week, just whoever thinks of it first.

    lotto max is friday.
