    Yup, I was just thinking the same thing. Will prob just book at either Harrah's, Bally's or Flamingo. Just waiting to see what kind of rates I'm getting

    I am definitely considering this one as well... Probably looking at Feb 14/15 - 18...

    Based on recent WSOPC's, it should be a $1675 Main event with Day 1's on Friday and Saturday; Day 2 Sunday. Some official smaller buy-in events as well.

    I don't have any special promo codes for February yet; the basic TR rates for me are showing as $74/94/54 for Fri/Sat/Sun at Ballys (Flamingo is higher for me); Rio is showing up as $35/66/35... Should get promo codes early December.

    Yeah, agree... It is just once the promo codes arrive for February, the room price should drop from these TR rates to much lower...

    If you could travel to Vegas twice a year, when would be the best times to go? Obviously during the WSOP in June, but when are the other good times when there is lots happening in terms of poker? Is February the other good peak time? Thanks.
