It seems to me now that we have a place that everyone finds exceptable and a venue that wants us to be there, we set aside the third Saturday in April and the same in October every year for the Royal Cup. After talking with people at the tournament at Daves yeasterday, it was the way we should go forward.
I will let eferyone know if this works for the venue before the end of the month.

Brent, It's already in the works. I have been in pretty constant email touch with Doug all along. He is already checking to see if the Oct 20th date works and will let me know in the next day or two. We can't just automatically assume the same Saturdays however, as this will be a year by year thing depending on availability of the room.
I've sent out a PM to the Captains with the info for the Side Bets. Please spread the word to your teams, so I don't have to explain about them over and over.
Just realized I can't find a copy of the blind timer we have used in the past. Not sure if DataMn has a copy or not. Can someone bring a copy on a USB stick if possible?
