The Rainbow bridge is the gateway to the armpit of America. If you cross there it can only be for two reasons: you are flying out of Buffalo to get the hell away from Buffalo or you are going to Seneca. Crossing for any other reason would be suspicious. Stick to those two main things and you will have no problems.
