  • He is sitting centre of table facing dealer
  • He's playing great !!

BTW, is the feed down ?
  • feed was down. back up now. they're on a break.
  • Heads up. Pudge chip leader
  • Fuck me he won it!!!

    Nicely done kirk!!
  • Congrats Kirk....way to take it down!!!!!!!!
  • I watched for as long as I could. 'til heads up actually. He played great and got lucky when he needed to.
  • Congrats Kirk! I couldn't stay up to watch the ending either, but job well done.

    Tom
  • yeah I went to bed 3 handed...lol..couldn't stay awake.

I loved when the wsop live update feed stated that Kirk's rail was "shrieking" made me think of a bunch of school girls..lol

Then you could hear the "one milleeeon" chips talk..lol
  • They used shrieking a few times, lol. Whatever gets the job done. The flops was goooood
  • It was crazy.. At one point we got in trouble from the floor for banging the rail. We were told we could make all the noise we wanted just don't bang the rail. So we took them up on what they said and made as much noise as possible. Has to be one of the best times of my life watching Pudge take down a WSOP bracelet. For those of you who have the pleasure to know him, you'll have to agree could not have happened to a better person

I woke up when they were HU, and for the small group that was left they were actually pretty loud. Assume hes coming back with you for the ME?

Agree though - Couldnt have happened to a nicer dude, unless it happened to me.

I asked him earlier today if he is going to play the ME, he needs to check about time off work. He really should play, it's basically a freeroll anyways. With the amount that he is taxed, he'll never get it all back based on what he can prove he has gambled. So by playing the ME he adds another 10K to what he can claim back
  • When I went to the wsop.com site to see updates for the last few events, I thought I recognized Steve in the picture with the event #32 winner. I jumped onto the Pokerforum to confirm it. I'm not sure if I know Kirk unless he has been in the Royal Cup. Congratulations - it is an incredible achievement.

Let me throw a shout out to Animaux who monied in her first WSOP attempt. Not quite as impressive as Kirk, but she did manage to outlast almost 3500 players to double her money in the Seniors event.

P5? pshaw..... Let them come see how a real forum runs! Maybe then they would have some success...

Here's the thread on P5 by the supporters of Randers, the guy Pudge outplayed with his QQ vs KK.... lol... And then refused Kirks offer of a handshake... Of course I guess I can understand it in that situation...

Event 32, $1500 NLHE, gooooooooo Randers!
