thought i would stop in to mention that i'm extremely well versed in sports nutrition (aka cutting weight for wrestling/mma) and body fitness. if anyone wants to pick my brain for ideas pm. or maybe start another thread on the the types of workout/food plans/goals one should have

No problem. Just so you know, the Y limits the games to 24 players (+2 goalies) and gives preference to members first. Guests can play of there is less then 24 players. Sundays are usually OK, but sometimes fill up.
Didn't get a scale yet so I am out of the competition. Good health to those at are in though and I'm still gonna try to drop a few pounds before the Royal.
