Created this thread to determine and track who's bringing what...

1/ Chips - Should be ok here.

2/ Cards - Not sure how many we need..

3/ Two projectors - Have one courtesy of AcidJoe, could use 1 more.

4/ two screens - If we can't get any I will use white paper on the wall...

5/ Internet access - Host provided.

6/ Chairs - Need 32 more. AJ 14, HVEEPOKER 4, asxn557 - 4, still needed 10.

7/ Table tops - 8 needed, g2 Greg 3, HVEEPOKER 1, Moose 2, still needed 2

If anyone can think of anything else please speak up.

    We will be using the Westside chips. We still have the 12 decks from Party Poker that were donated last time (thanks again Moose!), and Westside is willing to allow us to use the KEM decks that they just purchased - as long as everyone takes care of them!

    Since Westside has 30 decks that should be more than enough.

    Maybe only having the one supply would be best - that way we don't have to worry about getting the cards back to the right people at the end of day.

    Thanks Joe, I will make a point to go in there tomorrow to see how many chairs are there. I suspect we will need some but not sure how many.

    I will update this thread with what is still needed by tomorrow evening, We will definitely need chairs just not sure how many, my guess would be 12-15..

    I can easily supply this if required. Let me know. I don't think you want too many offers to supply chairs, would be hectic at closing to determine who's was whose.

    Ok, just checked the venue. A lot less chairs than I thought, only 32 usable, the rest are either too rickety for our fat asses or too big. That means we need 32 additional fold up chairs. Do you think we can raise them amongst ourselves or do I need to rent some. Can everyone post how many they can bring and then we'll see if we need more.

    Also I would like to see if we can commit to 8 table tops so that we don't have to play on slippery tables. Although they are plastic it still would be nice on toppers. We have 9, 6' by 30" tables and a couple of smaller card tables we could also use for HU matches.

    Right now I have 4. The metal chairs I had went back to their owner before the move.
    I will bring them Sat Morning along with the folding tabletop .
