we are utg sir.....late/mp i would very likely raise

being unreal and arrogant....had a small implied joke in it....:-\

You had a fold in front of you you are NOT UTG.

2 ways to play.... limp and re raise all in if someone raises (especially late). If other limpers come alone be concerned if overs hit unless you get your set.

Or raise it up while you are most likely ahead.

    I would not fold here.

I don't know if you're trying to be funny or what but I simply meant what everyone has basically said in more words, that your post doesn't give us much information about the situation..

Usually if someone is folding 88 in an un-raised pot with an average stack there is some unique reason for it. You just posted the hand history and stated 'I folded this' in the subject of the thread and expect people to be able to give you some insight on what you should have done?

    Get a grip on reality.

totally acceptable considering some things i shouldn't have said in another thread...i apologize for them. what i meant here was over the next few days this thread would open up and you would know why i posted it. maybe the direct reason was because i knew it was my leak or i didn't feel confident raising an i should....

was meant to be cryptic not cynical.....its lame but not negative.....

    Joe?

    Doubt it.

    I fold 22-44

    I flip 55

    I open 66+
  • under the gun fold of pockets? could have just called and saw the flop just wondering how did the hand end up playing was there even a flop?

any pair is better than having no pair a pair preflop that is amazing eights arent even that bad could even get a good flop off that
