I am actually considering driving down and buying into Day 1b. I think it would be about an 8 - 9 hour drive without any breaks. I cannot get away early on Friday, so I would drive down from like 11pm - 9am and try to get an early check-in room so I could grab some sleep before the event.
Steve - did you get any sense on how many seats were sold for each day?

If someone on here has met you IRL and can vouch for you not being insane, you're welcome to crash on my couch that morning instead of trying for an early check in.

Total of 130 players for each starting day. Not sure how many have already been sold but they have started running satellites from the 14th right up to the start of the tournament.
Last year sold out. If I was you I would pre-register over the phone to guarantee your spot

Hey Cerberus - Thanks for the offer and I really appreciate you trying to help out a fellow poker degen. Actually a couple of forumers (Blackmagicz and DeadMoney(?) ) did meet me briefly in Vegas at the 2009 WSOP; as to vouching for my sanity... not so sure, lol.
I probably will try for the early check-in so I can just settle in and prepare mentally, but will keep this offer in mind...
I did 2 nights at the travel lodge just down the road
Yeah, Caesars Windsor's rates are crazy... my Harrah's card gave me squa-doosh, as Norman Chad would say, off their room rate. If I do head down, I will call ahead and pre-register by this weekend.
I'd have to check, and I'm not sure if I've even got any, but there were offers on my Caesar's Windsor card for $49 rooms. I think it was weekdays though.
Am I just blind or is there no information available for the Nothing to Hide at Caesars Windsor. No structure or payouts...
Screenman.....All Nothing to Hide II tournament information is available on the Caesars Windsor website. Click official rules for structure and payout information.

Well I had a good look and never could find any details at all. Methinks you need to make it easily found... not buried somewhere...
Be there tomorrow in around noon to play some cash games before the tourney. Poker room said they had about 100 registered as of right now with mtt satty's tonight @ 8 and tomorrow @ 10 am.
Just dropped by the poker room as I was picking up tickets for the Great Big Sea concert tonight (free tickets FTW). Place was packed, although there were two empty cash tables and a large list for 1/2 so I'm not sure what the deal was there.

Where are you staying?
What day are you playing?
When do you plan on getting there?
Good luck to those going.

Today was day 1A, no?
Hi Steve - I was following your tourney updates a bit on twitter... Overall, what were your thoughts on the tourney, the organizers, players, etc...
Thanks.
