Well, I was in a mood and decided to go play a Step A $120 sat to the $1k event and won it. Im 1/1.
So I will be at the $1k. If any forumers are going to be there and want to meet beforehand PM me.
I'm debating on if I am going to try to sat. into the $5k or not - the prize structure for the sats is a bit better but the sats. are ... what they are.
edit: btw, my friend just got back from Fallsview - he said that the floor said there were approx. 80 seats left for the $1000 event
Anybody else going to Fallsview on this final full weekend of satellites before the Poker Classic starts on Friday? I have to use up my two remaining satellite vouchers (in addition to my entry voucher).
Does anyone know who the genius' are that plan the tournament structures in Ontario? No wonder why all the talent in Ontario flock towards the states. At least US gaming use some type of thought process when they design a tournament structure. Not like the idiot monkeys that run the casinos in Ontario.

oooops, I was asking slope about how much food I could bring to the table. He told me I wouldn't be allowed to bring a rack of spare ribs to the table. I guess I will have to be happy with some beef jerky.
Other problem is I planned on bringing a huge sippy cup full of vodka and grape juice, I am told this will also be frowned upon.
I guess everyone takes this stuff too seriously.

Bill, you should have seen the beating I put on the cash game after you went to sleep. That new guy John and Andy thought I was a poker GOD after making some sick calls. Little did they know I really don't have a clue.
