I don`t think this has been a poker forum for years -- I say let everyone do whatever the fuck they want. The fact that people take pride in how many views their threads generate on an online forum is borderline scary.
I looked-up lifetilt in the dictionary and saw a picture of this thread.
I know I'm new to the forum, but I HATE seeing Graham and Kristy at odds.
Take it from someone who married into a family that LIVES for creating lifetime "argumentative stalemates" that are brought out every couple of years or so just so the rest of the family can take sides.......CUT IT OUT!!!
I found this forum completely by accident, and the first thread I ever read was "I've had it with online poker" by Bad Beat King. Well, after reading about his whining, and Kristy basically calling a spade a spade, I was both shocked by the freedom of her responses, and at the same time, laughing my ass off and agreeing to "almost" everything she was saying.
I joined up that day, and then started a dialogue with Graham. A moderator who, imho, is the best I've seen for being EXTREMELY open to free discussion, and a guy who doesn't strike me as pulling an ego trip about "the incident". He was offended, and salt was rubbed into the wound by Kristy, cuz...that's what she does. Believe me, I've been part of forums that the mod chastised people for even the smallest profanity or personal opinion that isn't politically correct.
SO, for whatever my opinion is worth here, and i'm sure it ain't much , I'm asking both Graham and Kristy to quit asking for apologies from both sides. Get back to square one. REALIZE that you are BOTH an important part of this forum. Allow free speech to reign again, but BOTH of you and the other mods should have a pow wow as to what rules, if any should be adopted. Perhaps limit Kristy's rantings only to the life tilt forum...perhaps make a rule that if someone finds something extremely offensive, it is VOTED on by the mods whether to remove the thread or not. (Bannings really don't seem to serve any good purpose)

Kristy,...you know damn well that you could not get away with a TENTH of what you have said here on any other forum. If you want to continue to give uncensored views, this forum is your best bet. Keep that in mind.
Graham,...bury the hatchet, chalk this up to learning as you go, and let's continue to make this forum thrive with EVERYONE involved.

Great post rukiddnme, well thought out and excellently presented.... Not sure if it will do much good, as Kristy really doesn't agree with how good she has it around here. Keep in mind that Graham is the owner and Wes and I are lowly moderators as was Kristy in Life Tilt. Hopefully all will come to there senses and we can get back to some good discussions. Trouble is there are several on here that love to fan the flames....

I am getting very tired of these insults towards me (this is your last warning as I will not tolerate this any more). I stand behind my actions 100% and would do the same with any other person on this site, so stop trying to say you have been "singled out", because you know that is BS. Also, you continue to fight this imaginary cause against "censorship", but realize there are rules on the forum which do not allow posts about certain things. If you want a completely censor free forum where you can post racist and hateful material then I have sent you the link to neverwinpoker.com. Unfortunately, there are some things on this site that are not allowed and you can choose to obey by the rules here, or you can decide that this may not be the place for you.
For the record, there have been under 5 incidents in the past year that we actually had to "censor" due to complaints. As stated before I am very relaxed on these rules, and the only person complaining about them is you. I will continue to allow people to post what they feel, but if they do post material that breaks the rules and someone complains about it I will take action.
In this particular case you posted one of these things and I asked you to remove it. You decided it would be better to repost it (even though I had removed it and sent you a PM about it). Whether or not you claim you did not see this PM till after, I can't believe that you didn't think it would annoy me if you reposted it.
This discussion is over in my opinion and if you don't like what I have said then you don't have to post here, but if you want to stay I have to ask that you respect the rules of the forum that are in place.

This is nothing new. I have moderated 2 different Car forums for years... it's always the same battles. Just because someone has been booted in the past several times and has gotten under your skin shouldn't reduce the threshold for what it takes to boot them the next time.

I wasn't going to post it originally and you said to post it... It was all in good fun and I showed it to you first even though I wasn't too pleased with your original pic I still let it go.
