I want time to get pledges, I think next year we should make a side bet on who can collect the most money.

    Have fun!
  • Pics coming soon. For some reason they are not uploading from my PC to CPF.

  • Just a quick note as I continue to defrost...

Milo is one SICK dude... LOL.. Considering I had a few late cancellations because of the cold weather, this guy was out there cracking the inch thick ice with his boots clearing a path for us to head out there. Then he not only did the dip but did the FULL DIP into the water not ONCE but TWICE.

CTV news took some video of our small but dedicated group and will air it later today at 6pm I was told, as well The Star was there snapping pics which should be in the paper tomorrow.

Finally, a big thanks again to Milo for coming out and also rounding up some donations. To Graham for his generous donation and more donations are coming in later this evening from the ones that collected but didn't make it out.

This was the first one and I think I realized there are some stumbling blocks along the way but it can only get bigger from here and the end result is that a shelter is getting some much needed funds and 100% of it goes straight to the cause.

    Cheers all!!!

Fixed it for you. The only reason I went back out was because my girl missed it the first time. Next time (if I can convince the wife to let me), I'm not going back out. Was not as bad as I feared, but that water is seriously cold.
  • Not bad .. we were the 3rd story in. Looked colder on TV. LOL
  • This post is gone.
  • Here's the CTV video
