I just won a seat to Event #52, so we can do a final three chop!
Have any Event #52 participants decided on their travel details yet? I am thinking of arriving in Las Vegas on June 29 (after parking at Buffalo Airport?), then departing on July 9 (after Event #55 or Day 2 of the Main Event). I am thinking of staying at Harrah's for $70/night, unless I can get a cheaper rate at Imperial Palace or somewhere else.
Last year, I went down on my own for a week during WSOP, but this year probably only for 5 days. Unless I can get more time off, I will probably leave on June 29 (Ottawa - Montreal - Vegas flight) and return late in the day on July 4. I won't firm up my plans for a few weeks.

I am leaving from toronto Air Canada on June 27 (a buddy of mine that is coming gets a sweet deal through AC) coming home I think July 3. If I sat into ME then I will stay.
Staying right at the RIO (same buddy gets a sweet deal as well)

I thought you won the Seneca WSOP package for the main event. What happened with the Seneca tournament? Still nice to win a free seat.
ok, new prediction in light of choron's recent ept win:
main event. HU between choron and hellmuth. choron calls the clock on him. hellmuth freaks out, makes a bad call and choron takes down the win!
I'll do my best...Lord knows if I run like I did in the 25k gg to teh whole series LOL...Flop a set of sixes on a K64 flop and dude goes running KQ and I don't give him ALL of my stack(was check raising river until he overbet the pot by like 2x and i just snap called figuring he'd probably show me what he had or quads lol...Still had 17.5k left... Button opens to 1k in 100-200 25A(folded to him when he openned) SB mucks and I look down in the BB @ 79cc and defend. The flop is 10s8s5c and I check to him and he bets out 4k...weaksauce...I take 20 seconds and announce im all in for 12.5k more...He says FUCK i have a stone cold bluff! My head already knew he had king high and I was thinking please don't call me one time lol..."Ok I have odds to call I calll!" And he tables Ks2d...Turn Qc...23 outs?....2h on the river...*sigh*
