First factor is that you are getting almost 1.4-1 on your money here. Combined with your read this is a no brainer.
Other than the last hand where I would have put out a turn bet for sure, doesn't look like you play too badly. The 2nd last hand as Reef mentioned a turn bet makes sense as well. You had reasons and reads on each play which were sound.

His aggression factor is low pre-flop he limps like 75% of his hands but total aggression is high so he blasts away and picks up a lot of small pots pots flop. This is a pretty standard MO for this type of player.
His check behind on the turn is pretty important in this hand. These guys bet when they sense weakness, they bet when they don't have it, then they bet when they do have it and get paid. J10 is going to take a stab at the pot here and J9 is a made hand but is vulnerable and would bet so I would really discount any made hand. He likely has a middlepair or something Qx or 8x.
Side note - If the turn were a 6 or some other brick, this is a great spot if you are the in the villains shoes to check behind with a TPWK type hand because you can bet it on the river and get value from such a wide range.
River is a brick and a call is really standard. I don't think a raise ever gets called by worse hand in this spot.
