  • Just signed up as well, looks good so far. Excpet I added some session and wanted to check the graph chart and I don't know if I am totally inept or what but I couldn't find a link to the main page when you log in....

And yeah is there any way an online section could be added to this?
  • In one of your original posts you said this was for live sessions only; is there really any major change to use this for online sessions as well, perhaps just adding the "online" option under session type?

There are other services way better for online sessions when you can import your online software statistics file and it will give you a huge array of statistics because it keeps track of each of your hands. This is impossible in live play because you're not going to record each hand. So it doesn't really make sense to use the PokerBox for online sessions. You can if you want to of course, but it was never designed for this as there are other services way better and created just for online play.
if you wanted a more user friendly URL (until you can afford the domain name) there are free URL forwarding sites

Thanks a lot for the info, but I'll probably just buy a domain name. Maybe once there are 100 active users using the service?

The graph currently is totally stupid. It simply shows your earnings plotted on a line. Not very useful. I'm still working on developing the graphing system. It will take some time before the graphs are of any actual use.

The main page is called "The Portal". You can get there by using the "Portal" button at the top of the page, or by clicking on the PokerBox logo itself once you've logged in.

I guess I could add another category to classifying Live/Online games? I'm just surprised that people want to use this service for keeping track of online games when other software is way better suited for it... Would you like me to add this category?
  • Okay thanks... I will make a note of that.

And as for the online thing, I know there are other sites better suited to dealing with that, but I think having your total earnings and loses on one page for both live and online, would be kind of useful, instead of having to go from one page to the other and doing all the math yourself
  • Ok Done. I've added a new game type : Online. Hope it helps. ;)
  • Is it possible to get a listing preference for the sessions?

It has columns for dates / win rates / +- / Type / Location etc... it'd be nice to be able to click on the column title and have it list the games based on that specific column
