Senace Trip for itsames' 30th Birthday!!!

Hey all

Who's up for celebrating with "Itsame" Mario??!?!? He's turning 30 this year, on December 13th, so we thought "Hmm.. what does Mario like?!?! POKER!!!" So, we're thinking of going down to Seneca (since the CAD $ is probably going to be worth like $4 at that point USD).

So, Saturday December 22nd to Sunday December 23rd...one night, tonnes of booze and LOTS of suckouts...who'se in?!??!

    Mario opted for getting a tattoo over going to Vegas....so Senaca it is!

    I do know from past experience that if she comes it will cut down my playing time significantly.

    One thing I don't understand is that you just bought the house. What did the house inspection say about the septic? If you used a reputable company there may be a claim you can put in through the inspector.

    I am flying out to vegas on the 23.

    I may be in the pokerroom on the Saturday, if I can get everything done and am sitting at home bugging my wife :)

    Cleared no problem, but we have an uncommon septic system, so the inspector might not have been completely aware of any problems.
    Apparently the compressor on the motor that shifts the um..."water" through the system shorted out. This was caused by poor maintenance by the previous owner. Basically our poop wasn't being broken down in the tank, and that's bad.

    The repairs were slightly cheaper than originally thought, plus I promised to work a boatload of OT between now and the Holidays. YAY I CAN GO!

    I'll be coming down Saturday night from Hamilton after family stuff if I can find a vehicle, so pencil me in as tentative.

    Good luck to all the forumers heading down to Seneca this weekend. In case you need a break from poker, Seneca gives a free $20 slots card if you hand in your player's card from another casino. While I was waiting for a 2/5 table to open up, I handed in my player's card (from the casino with session fees) and made money playing the Star Wars progressive slots for free. :) I might carpool with a friend to Seneca on Sunday.

    Quick update:

    I spoke to twothree Braad, and it looks like the timeline is for him to pick us up at Mario's place at 2:00p.m. ish, meaning we'll be gamboolling hopefully around 3:30

    Mark, did Braad mention if he's picking me up on the way, or should I have Wraych drop me off? We can always drink/poker/GH/ while we wait!
