Was anybody selling $1200 or $10K vouchers? With the UPC over, I'll probably start going there this week.
Yea the first night I was there, a guy at my table (he looks like Locke from the show Lost), had just won a WPT seat and was looking to sell it for like $9500. I'm sure you just need to talk to the actual satellite winners after they win or just ask around the poker room if anyone is selling.
Thanks for all the info. I have been asking around, and I was told a couple of WPT seats sold for $6K! Does anybody know if I can bring a certified cheque to Fallsview and get it cashed at the cage in order to pay for somebody's voucher? I can withdraw only up to $1K daily from my account and I don't really want to be carrying around $6K-$9K in cash.

I don't think anyone is selling for 6 K this early. The going rate is 9k right now. Day of tournament it will be 9.5 K......remember the buy in is 10300.00
I finally got to play my first WPT satellite this year. Thanks to Dead Money who I bumped into and sold me his extra satellite voucher. It was a pleasure finally meeting 13CARDS.
An interesting situation came up when a floor person took me aside after the first break. He claimed that taking notes is not allowed. I was thinking, "Using a pen and paper is not allowed?! You have got to be kidding me!" as I have seen players taking notes at last year's WPT. I asked for Fallsview and he took a quick peek at my handy dandy notebook, and everything was fine and dandy. The Skill Level 5 satellite lasted around 4 hours, including breaks.
