Ok Mark and I were kicking around ideas to have the non-drinkers play. Any non-drinker who wants to play:
let's say it is a $20 buyin for everyone. Non-drinkers can rebuy for $20 but the rest of us rebuy for beers as before.
however, drinkers play NL, if you have no (alcoholic) drink on the table, then you can only play limit. So if any drinker decides to sober up and (boo) win the thing, they will have to play limit poker.
eg. blinds 25/50, non-drinker can raise to 100 (limit), drinker can reraise to 1000 (nl), non-drinker can only reraise to 1050 (limit). Turn and river the non-drinker could raise by 100.
Simple eh. If you have a beer on the table you can play NL. But you can only rebuy by finishing the beer. Non-drinkers can only play limit and pay for $20 rebuys. Drinkers who quit drinking or are stupid enough to run out of beer must revert to limit.
Also we are going camping for Mark's bday next summer instead of Seneca and playing IRONMAN.
