No..just the 550 so far. Not playing the 1100 because it falls on halloween, kidlets are more important. Will see if I can sat into the ME yet. Hard to tell though, work is busy.

Yeah, gl. We just gave away two 550 seats yesterday at BSPT. Players opted for 2 550 event prizes vs. one 1100. Now that the event is sold out...(it wasn't on Friday..lol) we will be putting them in other events that come up. Likely something in Edmonton.
To: GTA Poker.. I won that seat for winning the Provincial Tournament at Pirana Poker Tour, BC, I am regional, provincial, and hopefully BC Champion lol. The top 16 from each region of BC at the Regional game qualified for the Provincial tournament. I won them both... now going after the $1100 Seat. I really should have sold it givin the circumstances, equivalent of half way up the pay-outs...but since i had been posting it up that I was ready to ship this thing, figure my nitty ass better play.
Would dump it in a heart beat today for that, though now I am getting comfortable in them.

Hmm...now I am curious as to why they cap the 550 day 1's to 176. This only allows 528 players to enter. If they can house 550 players for a day one of the 1100, they could realistically do 250-350 per day of the 550 (without creating a huge final day) create a bigger prize pool, and get more revenue.

Just phoned to preregister a couple of players, they said it was sold out.
I have no idea if you could scalp it for more...Jon seems to think so, and he has experience scalping..judging by his haircut...
No clue how many will start Friday...guess it depends on how nitty people are during the first 14 levels..

Think they went almost 100 players over with alternates and it did sell out last year, don't screw around when it comes to booking seats for the smaller BCPC...IMO

if you can get past the "non-transferable issue," if any, sure you could sell this at a decent profit, espaecially being a $550
So many player wait till last minute and don't want to miss out.
Regina, the old $760 Cash Casino days, Fallsview, any sold out tourney that is semi annual or annual usually at least a few degens will to pay nearly if not double.
Gus used to play the Cash Casino tourneys to get as many seats as they could, simply for this.
BOOOOO!! No BCPC for me this week. Bloody mine that was supposed to do shut down last week, or very early this week is now waiting until Thursday...so I get to work instead of playing cards. I guess I could drive to Vancouver..5 hours, play the day 1b, drive home 5 hours..sleep 4 hours, drive 9 hours for this job, then head back, another 5 hours, to Vancouver in the morning for day 2 if I make it...
This being the way it is..at least I am guaranteed a min cash by going to work..lol plus I sell my seat.
