Amount on deposit with online poker rooms

Does anyone know or have a reasonable guess at how much money is actually in accounts at online poker rooms and casinos?

I think they must make a nice profit just on the amount of money they hold in players accounts.

    I would guess it varies directly with the US Current Account Deficit. And that is the real reason why they want to ban internet gambling...
