Feedback on a HORSE schedule

I've been having a lot of fun playing the $3.40 HORSE SnG's on Stars and thought I should try my hand at coming up with a schedule. Blind times have been intentionally left out because you'd use that to control the length of a tournament.

For the schedule below each level will be of the form..

I'm debating how many more levels we'd need to finish a 32 player tournament. At level 22 there's 128,000 (24-25 Big Blinds) in play.

I can't wait for this - I :h: H.O.R.S.E. Anyway, I'll provide some feedback on the schedule once I have time to look at it closer, but if you check my tourney (http://pokerforum.ca/forum/index.php?topic=8972.0), we ended right when there would have been 22 BB in play (110,000 chips with BB @ 5000). Hopefully that helps for timing.

I think the 4-5 blind schedule may be too small an incriment. But that may be just me.

Why does level 22 switch to PLO?

I really like the schedule. Lots of play early (I like the slow progression in the first 5 levels), and accelerates nicely. The bring-in might be a bit high for level 20 relative to the small bet, change 22 to O8 (as Moose mentioned), and maybe round it out by adding 3 more levels for a complete "cycle" (which should drop the stacks low enough to finish).
