    I assume you are asking about in Ontario. Remember that each Province has it's own laws regarding Gambling.

    I would think it's 19 (the same as it is to gamble at a casino, but to tell you the truth, I'm not sure.

    Call a school that offer a course on dealing and see what age you know to be.
