Dave's article - Have a Plan

Very nice article and it does sound like alot of work.
The concept of visualization seems to be very important. I have seen it mentioned in other places and also in regards to sporting events. In poker, it seems to me that one benefit of using this technique is that it almost takes you out-of-body and allows you to see what your table image is and what you are trying to represent in a situation.
The questions you pose are very fundamental and it's easy to see that every player will have responses that suit them but I'd love to see a discussion of what the range of possible responses are.
First question though is what are the four gears?
On trapping, how risky do you intend to be in a tournament of this size? How does it change in a smaller tournament?
Since you say it's one of your strengths, I'd love to hear more about how you take advantage of the rocks. What about the hyper-agressive?
Good luck in the ME!
