Anyone up for an NFL Fantasy Football League?

I've set one up on a free site - it can handle 12 players in the league. Before I spend more time specifying league rules/settings, I wanted to gauge everyone's interest.

First off - would you pay a small fee to make it more interesting ($10 or $20 buyin??)
Second - live draft or pre-selected rankings?

p.s. i'm tempted to put a $ price on it for two reasons - 1) something to play for 2) weed out those who won't be committed to it

Live draft is a must IMO

I would play for $10 a person, I agree it makes it more interesting and keeps all managers involved.

Point of clarification - by live draft I mean real-time on the computer/internet - NOT in person at one location. Unless y'all want to come to Calgary for the draft.

I personally like the pre-selected method due to the difficulty in getting 12 guys' schedules to synch to allow a time to be picked for the draft.

Let's see how much other interest there is....
