The Easy Poker Birthday Bash - Wed., June 28th (Waterloo)
It's Easy's birthday! Let's celebrate!!!
Rules: $10 of your buy-in goes to the prize pool while $5 goes to the "Easy" bounty. For your buy-in you'll recieve 3,000 chips and may re-buy if you bust out, up to two times; $10 for another 3,000 chips. Anytime someone buys-in or re-buys, 10% of thier stack (ie. 300) must be given to Easy as a birthday present, unless she's already busted out.
Easy does not pay a buy in, but is eliminated if she loses all her chips (ie. no re-buy). The player that busts Easy out of the tournment gets the Easy bounty. Easy wins the bounty if she wins the tournament.
In addition, at the end of each level, Easy draws a random table and becomes the next button on that table (even if she stays at the same table). This rule ends once the final table is redrawn and formed.
Re-buys: If you lose all your chips before the first break (5 levels), you may pay $10 to recieve an additional 3000 chips. You may do this a maximum of two times. There are no add-ons in this tournament. 10% goes to Easy.
Late players: If you know you're going to be late, please phone and a seat and chips will be set out for you and you will post blinds and fold until you arrive. Players that are late that haven't let me know will give up their seat to the next player on the waiting list. If there's no one left on the waiting list, late players may buy into the tournament during the first level (20 minutes), but must immediately post the big and small blind if the blinds have passed them.
Waiting List players: Players on the waiting list will fill no shows at the start of the tournament to a maximum of 32. The remaining players on the waiting list are alternates. During the first four levels, when a player busts out, you have the option of joining the tournament at that point with a starting chip stack.
The tournament will last approximately 5-6 hours. Seating is limited to 32 players with alternates. (8 max tables) Please reserve your seat in advance!! The final table will form with 9 players left.
Blind schedule, chip values, rules, etc, etc, will be posted at my place, or you may msg me for specifics.
As always, tournaments at Bristol Street are rake-free

Waiting List.
Q: Will this count for Player of the Year points??
A: No.
Q: Isn't it a little unfair that Easy gets more chips than the rest of us and doesn't have to pay to enter.
A: Yes.
Q: Isn't the bounty on "Easy" almost as much as first place will pay??
A: Yes.
Q: But we told you we couldn't make Wednesday on the other thread!!
A: Sorry, but it turned out to be the best night to hold it.
Q: What happens if Easy moves to a table and the tables become unbalanced?
A: Hey! A good question. If this happens we treat Easy's vacated seat as a busted out player and balance tables according to existing rules. For example. We're down to two tables of 8 and Easy (UTG on Table #1) moves to Table #2 and becomes the button. The tables are now out of balance and the UTG player from table 2 moves over to table 1.
Q: But, what if the place that Easy moves from is the Button and she moves into the button. Does this mean that she gets moved back because she's the new button, or does the player who was the button move over, or does some other player moves, or what.
A: In this case, I eliminate you from the tournament for asking dumb questions.
Never mind.
Trust me, it's not all that unfair, I mean, I'll be really really drunk, and we all know how well I play when I'm really really drunk.

Happy B day Easy, sorry I couldn't be there this year. To all those going, show her some consideration, after all she'll be drunk and it's her birthday.
Cheers

1) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
2) WHY IS YOUR NICKNAME EASY? ...i'm not trying to be perverted...could mean easy money.
Ummm...to make a long story sorta shorter...my best friend smashed her car into a pole. They started calling her Smashy. I a) know she doesn't like that kind of attention, and b) really like attention myself - so I said, 'Hey, Guys! I want a nickname too!' They said, 'We can't just give you one, you have to earn it' I said, 'Ok, but, I do a lot of stupid things, soooo it should be easy' They said, 'Okay, Easy'
It stuck, and thus I have been known as Easy.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN! ...wish you luck....Minus the drunkness you have a great advantage to win this tourney!
~ALI
I will update if for one additional player later today.
Thanks.
Perry.
FYI... "They" = "Me"
I take full credit for the nickname.
I will provide further correspondance nearer game time.
