POKER TABLE TOURNAMENT - LONDON ON
I am looking to sell two tables I've built that are in my basement. It's been suggested to have a tournament for them. I would have two separate tourneys. I am looking for feedback in the prize pools/buy-ins I have listed here. Who would be interested? The tourney would be on a Saturday Night, in London, Ontario.
Table 1 - 'The Dice Table'
This table has dice inlayed under the rail, with lights behind it. It is covered with Suited Casino Cloth and a 5" rail. The base is a modern furniture base. This is a piece of furniture for your poker room. This table is awesome! Worth about $1700, valuing at $1200 for the tourney!
I am thinking of this payout structure:
6 players - 250 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $300
7 players - 240 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $300, 3rd gets $200
8 players - 210 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $300, 3rd gets $200
9 players - 180 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $300, 3rd gets $200
10 players - 170 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $300, 3rd gets $200
11 players - 175 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
12 players - 160 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
13 players - 150 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
14 players - 140 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
15 players - 130 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
16 players - 125 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
17 players - 110 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
18 players - 110 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
19 players - 100 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
20 players - 100 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $500, 3rd gets $300
The blinds would be the usual for my in-house tourneys (all run with Tournament Director). Pop and chips served. BYOB.
Blind info and rules here (all the same as my regular fun tourneys we have!) http://sitesparx.com/poker/
Who's interested? Any comments or questions? Please give suggestions, I'd like to run these tourney's in July to clear out the basement. (New kid arriving in August!)
I also have a second table I will be doing the same thing with: Black velveteen with a racetrack and plastic cupholders. Folding legs under it so you can fold it up when not in use!

10 players - 80 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $200, 3rd gets $100
11 players - 90 buyin - 1st gets table, 2nd gets $300, 3rd gets $200

I would deliver this for free in the London Area, and deliver for a fee to out of towners (possibly).
Please let me know interest/feedback, etc.
Thanks,
Mike
