Looking at US dollar exchange rates. Anyone have a preference that give you a good/great rate on exchanging your money?

I am tired of the big banks taking such a big cut.

    It's probably not helpful, but just suck it up and pay. At least your not paying 900 Cnd for 600 us anymore. Party seems to give the best rates going to and from your bank account from what I've seen. But everyone these days is taking a large rake off the exchange.

    I've always gotten very good rates through ING Direct.  I have a Cdn$ and US$ account and transfer money back and forth all the time.
    Current rate is 1.113 ($1 cdn/1.113 = $.8985 US)

    If you live near a casino, they are pretty close on exchange points. Banks go +/- 4, and I know Fallsview is +/- 2...
