Best Cell Phone Provider in GTA?

Since I moved back to Canada 2 years ago I've been cell-less.

Decided to get another one, when I was in the US my plan included the following for about $40 a month, anything comparable out there?

Unlimited mins, anytime.
Free long distance within US, 10 cents to Canada.
Free Vmail.
ATT network, large network for travelling.
Free Phone.
1 year contract.

From what I can see all the Canadian providers have much poorer plans.

Where should I be looking for the best plans? Rogers, fido, telus?

    You probably won't get anything close to these deals in Canada. The competition between the brands are alot stronger compared to Canada, where it is pretty much a Rogers monopoly with Telus and Bell having their "faithful followers".

    For about $25 a month (around $35 after all the additional charges), you can probably get a free phone with a 2 year contract, 250 minutes weekday airtime, unlimited weeknight and and weekend.

    That would be a decent deal, but I can't find anything near that on Rogers/Fido/Telus websites. I would prefer Rogers/Fido due to the extensive ATT network.

    Are you currently a subscriber to Rogers either for internet and/or cable? If so, you can just give them a call (and enjoy the wait time :D) and tell them you're an existing customer interested in adding a cell phone service to your current package.

    No, if you call their sales line, you get picked up right away.

    It's support that takes forever.
