As well we always run a live game during and well after the tournament is going/ends. We play 10 20 Limit or 15 30 Limit. This game is full of action!!!

Tuesdays and Fridays:
We run a $150 dollar freezeout with $25 dollar bountys in affect. This Tournament starts at 8:30 pm. The prize pool will consist of only $125 of your buy-In the other $25 is for your Bounty. For those of you who know what a bounty is great, but for those who dont let us explain. When you register you will get your tournament chips plus one special chip. This chip will be worth $25. When you go All-In you must place your Bounty chip in with all remaining chips. If you have the misfortune of losing you will lose your Bounty but if you knock the other person out you will receive their Bounty Chip. With every person you knock out you will get their $25 dollar chip that you will cash out when your tournament ends. This gives you a way to make back some of your money if you dont fair too well.

Example: You knock 3 people out of the tournament, but you finish out of the money. You would only lose your original Bounty chip and get to cash out the other 3 for a total of $75 thus making your tournament cost cut in half.

Now with the Freezeout you start with 5000 chips and there is no rebuys or Add-Ons. If you lose it will be time to play the live game. So remember that.
Blinds will start at 25 50 and increase every 20 minutes

  • I used to be a huge supporter of this place.......

I personally don't think he sunday tournament is fair as everyone must draw for seats but the people running the game. The last two times I went to the tournament there were 5 tables and all 5 times the people running the game (or the house) were seated in seat 11. And the last time I saw two of them slow playing each other as not to knock the other out.

By the way, I know of at least 5 others that have seen this before.
  • it is unfortunate, the sunday game used to be great getting 80-90 players but hten they started overraking the games, etc.

I have emailed them regarding the rake of the 15 30 several times as it used to be over 10/pot, but have never received a response
  • Ditto what Dead Money said.

    Ditto what GTA said.

I have done something similar for my seat as TD. Basically, I choose my physical seat, and whichever seat I draw, everybody else has to surround me. This means I may start in the BB or MP, but I usually have the same physical seat. This is due to the logistics of needing to get up and down to run tournament I'm also playing in. I believe that this is still fair to all the players, and I'm mainly commenting since this can be done without "cheating".

I can't comment on the slow-playing, etc., you're describing since I've never been there, and by "seat 11" you may mean button every time, which sounds like a pretty "house-friendly" setup to me. Thanks for the warnings!
  • Too bad there is no response from these guys regarding their games.
  • I'll ditto all of the above. And Trevor seat 11 is the button and not choosing the physical seat (which I do understand) to allow you to both play and run the tourney.
