    Only thing I could think of was that there might have been some king of web-crawling bot that showed up as browsing a bunch of posts simultaneously.

    Any sort of log of IP guest user addresses available to sheck out what was going on? It was going on right about the time I made the above post.

    I'm sure there must be some kinda log somewhere on the server. I suspect it was webcrawling bots for SE's as well. I noticed that a lot of the threads are now indexed on Google.
