Hotmail help please..cannot receive yahoo emails

So, for years I have not recieved any emails from yahoo accounts. They don't appear in my inbox or my junk box. Any ideas how to resolve this?

    Honestly I had the same problem years ago with Hotmail, and they couldn't ever rectify it. My wife has a hotmail account and I have a Yahoo. It is totally hit and miss if she gets my e-mails but I always get hers. Best bet...switch away from Hotmail.

    Certain ISP's blanketly ban hotmail since the early days hotmail accounts were used for more spam than anything else. I woudln't be surprised if yahoo was the same way. I used to filter a delete on hotmail personally but have since gotten rid of it.

    How could my ISP block emails to my hotmail account? I don't see that as a possibility unless I am missing something here. Is there a hotmail support email address?

    they woudl ban emails coming FROM, not TO the hotmail accounts. and I woudl say switch from yahoo, not switch from hotmail. then again, I'm biased as a long-time hotmail user :D
