  • pre flo no, flop no, turn no, and river well yeah.

There was no betting after the river card, it all went in on the turn. All I can say is "That's poker!". Had a bunch of these myself this weekend, trust me, had trouble sleeping.
  • Pre-flop maybe, but after that no. Put him on your buddy list :fish:
  • Looking at that call and his chip stack it looks like he's been hitting. For him it's a no brainer. I add him to my list of players I look for and go bust him next time. Today's his lucky day so no question avoid him.
  • I could never make that call, nor would I have been in that hand post flop...but I also would never have pushed all-in after his bet on the flop?

Watching his betting pattern I can see him calling that.
  • His play is atrocious, but this sort of thing is very common in poker. You should be happy he made that call... this is how you make money in poker.
  • I coudn't have.. but, that's not to say morons don't hit rivers more often than we think they should!
I get burned like that far too often, people with no business in a hand calling, and rivering, or, even worse, runner-runner. *shudder*

in any case, find him on a day when his luck isn't so good, and win it back.

cut me a break it was 6 am, i had just gotten home.... mmaybe i should try reading the HH before i post... but yeah, definately not calling anywhere.
  • I'm guilty of not always reading the whole HH too, don't worry

and even if I do, i don't always remember hte specific details. honestly, it's not like fine details are someting a poker player has to think about anyway, right? ;)

Actually this guy played very tight poker. Only seen him in a few hands.

I asked him after how he made that call he told me and I quote

"I knoe the cards" <--- his spelling..

Wish I knew when 2 outers were coming I'd be a rich man!!!
  • I heard a guy once say: " You know ****NOTHING! I...I know ****ALL!" Put him on your :fish: list.
