Cardplayer's Max Shapiro, anyone find him remotely amusing???

I always end up giving Max's column a once over when I'm out of reading material in the bathroom. Never once in 2 years has it been remotely funny. Does anyone enjoy this guy's writings?

    On the topic of Cardplayer, I want to shoot myself everytime I read one of Roy West's articles. Not because of the content, but because of his pathetic attempt to make you feel like you're sitting beside having a home-cooked meal with every article. Hes not a writer, he shouldn't be doing stuff like this.

    Common, he's not that bad.
    Now I require sleep so lick that BBQ sauce off your fingers and kill the light on the way out. :D
